Shipping & Local Delivery Policies

Thank you for choosing Beyond Empowered Designs! Every order is thoughtfully created and prepared with care. Because many of our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Current Production Time

Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is received.

• Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

• Large bulk orders, fundraiser collections, and holiday orders may require additional production time.

• If your order is needed by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether your deadline can be accommodated.

Shipping Schedule

To provide consistent service, orders are shipped on:

📦 Tuesdays & Thursdays

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We currently offer flat-rate shipping on all eligible orders.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in the Dallas / Paulding County, Georgia area.

If Local Pickup is selected during checkout:

• You'll receive an email when your order is ready.

• Please wait for your pickup notification before arriving.

• Pickup instructions and location details will be included in your email.

Orders not picked up within 60 days may be donated or otherwise disposed of unless prior arrangements have been made.

School Delivery

Eligible school collections may offer school delivery as a convenient pickup option.

When selecting school delivery, please include:

• Student's Full Name

• Teacher's Name

Orders are delivered to the school as a courtesy.

Once your order has been delivered to the school, Beyond Empowered Designs is not responsible for delays in distribution by school staff or students.

Event & Spirit Wear Deadlines

Many of our school collections are created for specific events.

Orders must be placed by the posted deadline to guarantee delivery before that event.

Orders placed after the deadline are always appreciated; however, we cannot guarantee arrival before the event.
