Orders & Turnaround
How long will my order take?
Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is received.
Large bulk orders, fundraiser collections, and holiday orders may require additional production time.
I need my order by a specific date. Can you help?
Absolutely! If you need your order for a school event, family reunion, business event, or special occasion, please contact us before placing your order.
We'll do our best to accommodate your deadline whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee rush requests.
When do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with your shipping information.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes!
Local pickup is available for customers in the Dallas / Paulding County, Georgia area.
You'll receive an email with pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready.
Do you offer school delivery?
Yes!
Eligible school collections may offer school delivery as a convenient pickup option.
When selecting school delivery, please include the student's full name and teacher during checkout.

What brands do you use?
We carefully select quality apparel brands that provide comfort, durability, and long-lasting prints.
Many of our products feature trusted brands like Gildan Softstyle, Gildan Heavy Blend, and other premium blanks depending on the collection and product.
What sizes do you offer?
Most collections are available in:
• Baby (available upon request)
• Toddler
• Youth
• Adult
• Adult Plus Sizes up to 5XL
Availability may vary depending on the product.
Can I see a size chart?
Absolutely!
A size chart is available on every product page to help you choose the best fit.
If you're unsure about sizing, we're happy to help before you place your order.
Custom Designs
Can you help if I don't already have a design?
Absolutely!
Whether you have a fully developed idea or just a vision in your head, we'll work with you to bring it to life.
That's one of our favorite parts of what we do!
Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?
Yes!
Every custom order includes a design proof for your approval before production begins.
Nothing goes into production until you approve your final design.
How many design revisions are included?
Most custom design projects include up to three design revisions to make sure your design is exactly what you envisioned.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule.
Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your deadline.
Rush fees may apply.
Schools, Organizations & Bulk Orders
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes!
Bulk pricing is available for schools, churches, businesses, nonprofits, sports teams, community organizations, and large group orders.

Do schools and organizations receive a giveback?
Yes!
Through our Community Giveback Program, qualifying schools, teams, and organizations receive a percentage of qualifying sales back to help support their programs.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Because most of our products are made to order, custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless we made an error or your item arrives damaged.
Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.
What if there's an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We'll work quickly to make it right.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We encourage all customers to review the size chart before placing an order.
If you're unsure, we're happy to answer sizing questions before you purchase.
Eligible apparel may qualify for a size exchange. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Do you sell design files?
Our custom designs are created for production through Beyond Empowered Designs unless otherwise agreed upon.
